Massage, Spinal Manipulation, Acupuncture, Articulation and prescribed exercise are all established means of improving performance, reducing risk of injury and restoring strength & conditioning through rehabilitation within sport and exercise settings.
The therapies offered can also enhance health and well-being in non-athletic patients. A large proportion of Becky’s current patients have common aches and pains through injury, car accidents, poor posture, work related repetitive strain as well as conditions such as Fibromyalgia, arthritis, Migraines etc.
In addition to treating symptoms, Becky will investigate the potential causes and contributing factors in order to maximise the recovery and rehabilitation process; ultimately reducing the chance of reoccurrence.
Alongside treating patients Becky also runs and delivers Sports Massage courses via our sports massage school BTST Academy. Where Becky thoroughly enjoys passing on her knowledge to the next generation of therapists.
