And with this in mind, following our recent selection meetings we have listened to your drivers, goals, struggles and needs and have decided we need to change the structure of the programme slightly to really help you achieve your NEW YOU!

Our Thrive programme will be delivered every Thursday evening at 6:30pm on a weekly basis. We are here for as long as you need us.
The sessions will be delivered at BTST and will be recorded on Zoom, enabling you to watch it live or watch the recording at a time to suit.
Pay as you go; £8 per session
Block bookings; £6.50 per session (£52 for a block of 8)
