We are so excited to introduce our new Thrive Programme.
First and foremost, this programme does not focus on crash dieting. Instead, Thrive actively guides, supports, and teaches you how to become the best version of yourself, while fitting naturally into your normal day-to-day life.
Because of this, there’s no more saying, “No dessert for me, I’m on a diet,” and no more feeling like you have to order a salad when you really want something else. At the same time, you won’t need to cook separate meals from your family, because that approach simply isn’t realistic or sustainable in the long run.
Ultimately, we only get one life and one body, so enjoying life while looking after yourself truly matters. For that reason, Thrive focuses on balance, not restriction, pressure, or the feeling that you’re constantly holding yourself back.
Following our recent selection meetings, we made a conscious decision to listen closely to you. We considered your drivers, your goals, and the challenges you face. As a result, we’ve refined the structure of the programme to better support you and help you move confidently towards your NEW YOU.
Throughout your journey, our winning team of experts will support you every step of the way. This includes our qualified and experienced Nutritionist, Guy, and our Personal Trainer, Clare, who actively guide, support, and educate you as you progress.

New Thrive Structure
The Thrive programme fits around your schedule. As a result, it brings together education, practical support, and regular check-ins to help you stay consistent, confident, and fully supported throughout your journey.
Alongside our online nutrition course, which teaches you how to understand food and make informed choices, you’ll receive hands-on fitness guidance from our Personal Trainer, Clare. In addition, we’ve built in regular review dates so you can stay on track and clearly see your progress.
Membership Includes
Your membership gives you full access to everything you need to succeed. To begin with, you’ll enjoy BTST Classes Membership to get you moving in the right way. At the same time, you’ll gain access to our online nutrition course, giving you the knowledge and tools to build long-term success.
You’ll also receive a free one-to-one nutrition consultation with Guy. Alongside this, you’ll use a Legend Planner to stay organised and focused. Furthermore, you’ll receive regular nutrition information leaflets that keep your learning practical, relevant, and easy to apply.
Tracking Your Progress
To help you see real, measurable results, we track your progress every eight weeks. Specifically, this includes a 3D body scan by chrisfitography, often described as the ultimate weighing scales. As a result, you’ll gain deeper insight into your body than a number on the scale alone can provide.
You’ll also complete a health check and fitness assessment. This helps us understand your starting point clearly and track how far you’ve come over time.
Wait, There’s More
In addition to everything above, you’ll join our Thrive Facebook group. Here, you’ll receive daily support, motivation, and advice from both the community and our team. At the same time, you’ll use a rewards card to hit personal targets and earn rewards along the way.
On top of that, Thrive members receive a 30% discount on nutrition follow-up appointments. Similarly, you’ll also benefit from a 30% discount on personal training sessions.
Price
Overall, the Thrive programme is available for £35 per month.
